During your stay, you'll have a chance
to get to know many of our guides. You'll find that our
guides are not only adept at finding the best fishing
spots, but are a fountain of knowledge when it comes to
the history and folklore of the area. And they all have
plenty of stories to share.
All our guides are native
Dene who were born and raised in the area. No one knows
the lake and its productive fishing spots better than
they do, as well as patterns the fish follow in moving
around these waters. They are exceptional boatsmen who
have developed an expertise in boat handling skills. Over 60% of our guides have been with us for between 10 and 25 years.
